敬意を表して Respect for the salmon
Phosphorus is an element of life. Salmon collect phosphorus that has flowed into the ocean and then return to rivers, storing it in their bodies through the food chain. This is in homage to salmon, who travel the vast oceans to gather phosphorus, then defy gravity and swim up rivers to return it to their forests and rivers.
